Commissioned to contribute to cement fondu's online project "Don't let go".

Soothsayer serenades was a promise (along with a plalylist and provocation) to move together every Wednesday at 4pm for 25 minutes with no proof of presence and no need to visualise the 2D digital realm. No to zoom! NO Insta live! No to flat bodies on a screen! Just moving and/or dancing together in our varied spaces at the same time with no evidence other than the commitment, communion and vow of others. You could also be involved by walking or gardening.

Soothsayer is a person who can predict the future by magical, intuitive or even rational means - a provocation to this moving-together-ness. 

Since the initial 5 week installation - S.S is now touring to different institutions around North & South America where artists will contribute their own playlists and provocations.
